Creative Live! Cam Sync HD 720P Webcam

This camera works fine with my Mac running Mountain Lion. I just plugged it in and it worked. No, it's not the world's fanciest camera but for the $30 I paid there's no way I can complain. There aren't any adjustments such as exposure or color, which is a little disappointing, but that's easily remedied with an $8 app called Webcam Settings. The microphone is the weakest part of this but it's ok. This camera is a lot smaller than I expected. It sits on top of my LCD monitor with no problem.
